The AIM is a German proven technology having a 

horizontal flask turn-style moulding machine, designed for foundries wanting a flexible solution for production of high quality, medium and heavy near net shape castings

The rigidity of the machine with air impulse technology ensures high quality casting finish. The machine is designed to ensure uniform mould compaction throughout the mould.

Our biggest high pressure moulding machine specially designed to handle, manage

and produce large castings with sizes extending upto 3.6mt x 2 mt x 500 mm (H) with a 12 MT with hydraulic squeeze. 

The equipment along with its arrangements for pattern shuttling systems, pattern strip off, sand leveling, sand filling and core-box setting stations is a complete mould handling line.

Managing a mould hardness of 90BHN vertical and 95 BHN horizontal. The Goliath is designed for manufacturers using green sand to make large castings.

The DT range of machines are a swing head style design that utilizes both a low frequency, long stroke anvil jolt for pre-compaction of the molds well as simultaneous jolt squeeze for the final compaction.

The equipment does not require a foundation pit and is placed on ground level for effective use and maintenance of equipment.

Its simplicity of design offers to be used as a standalone equipment which can be supplemented with a pattern shuttle system for moulding. 

Its unique design often serves effective with large size castings with shallow pattern depths.
